The crowd at the Palestinian solidarity protest at UT Austin is five times the size of the protest that State Troopers forcefully arrested yesterday. This is the Barbara Streisand Effect in action.

There is a massive crowd here at UT Austin today after over 50 students were arrested for peacefully protesting yesterday.

I’m here in solidarity with everyone who was subject to those terrible events.

Back at UT Austin for day two of protests. This one says it is both intended to support Gaza and to condemn the police response yesterday.

The crowd is at least 5x larger than the crowd that showed up yesterday at this time. Peaceful, quiet. Very little law enforcement presence.

-Amplify protest info on your social media, privately to colleagues or in class
