Female in 70s. Axillary lymph node core biopsy. Clearly malignant. I favoured a melanoma, but it wasn't. The general principle with these is a basic panel, but get some extra unstained slides for the inevitable second (or third!) panel of IHC. Favoured diagnosis? #pathology
