Febrile neutropenia is a common problem in patients with acute leukeamia. In our cohort, 84.9% had at least 1 febrile neutropenic period and 204 68.5% had at least 1 period lasting >72 hours. When do you go in with an antifungal? academic.oup.com/ofid/article/1…
