WP 3 aims to identify the needs of regulators and payers to determine effectiveness and cost-effectiveness in diabetes, presented by Amanda I Adler from the University of Oxford and Keith Abrams from the University of Warwick. The discussion focused on synthetic data to be used in the research.

Universita degli Studi di Padova and their sysbiobigunipd group are leading the work package 5 tasks on advanced methodological frameworks for enhancing clinical trials with real-world and virtual evidence. Enrico Longato presented the work done and the planned next steps.🙌

WP 2 focuses on identifying diabetes databases and the metadata contained in them. Pratik Choudhary and Jonah Thomas from 🌱Leicester Diabetes gave an update and opened a discussion on aspects that should be considered when identifying the databases and setting up database guidelines. #HorizonEU
