In response to the floods and landslides in Burundi, and following a request by MAECD, the EU sent a team of experts to evaluate the situation and provide recommendations.

Drones can save lives too.

In Ukraine 🇺🇦, thanks to our support, the demining groups of DanChurchAid use drones with thermal cameras to detect unexploded ordnances and mines.

This equipment speeds up demining while prioritising safety for personnel involved.

An additional 🇪🇺 convoy of 4 trucks is on its way to Amman, transporting toward Gaza essential logistical supplies, such as mobile storage units and generators, donated by World Food Programme.

The EU and its partners remain committed in supporting all Palestinians affected by the war in Gaza.

Earlier this week, an EU humanitarian air bridge flight brought vital supplies to Haiti, including from the EU's own stockpile in Panama.

Yesterday, two missiles struck the office of the EU's humanitarian partner, Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine, in Kharkiv.

While DRC personnel remained unharmed, two civilians were injured, and operations for local people had to be suspended.
