Why are Residential Main Roads not seen as ‘neighbourhood’ or residential roads by Council? Are we not part of the neighbourhood? Main road residents matter.

Mark Shimano Steve Sustrans Living Streets Problem is, LTNs displace traffic rather than reduce. The roads that all motor traffic is funnelled to in urban areas by LTNs are just as residential as those closed off. HTH.
