I voted for ⁦Sadiq Khan⁩ as he is at least trying to tackle homelessness. This is a person,they eat and sleep and cry like the rest of us. Why is their place of shelter, a dirty duvet on the concrete? I live & work in ⁦Newham London 💙⁩ & we GPs know our communities

Tough times financially for practices which will change the time they can devote to collaboration and PCN working. Clinical directors are in a difficult place, torn between satisfying ICS needs and their practices needs
- as their pay is no longer ring fenced, will we lose CDs?

We also need consistency on medical conditions which are exempt from payment fees eg if you have diabetes, your prescriptions are free but if you have heart disease (& may be put on 4 different tablets) you have to pay.I have had patients stop their tablets as they can’t pay 😪
