When going on holiday, I don’t agree with completely switching off from your training regime.

Sure, dial it down a bit and enjoy what needs to be enjoyed — but you should still find a way to get in a minimum effective dose that will help keep the engine running.

The same day my dad met my mom, he went home and told everyone he'd found his wife.

They married less than a year later, had 5 kids, and now have 10 grandchildren and are approaching 50 years of happy marriage.

100%. The nature of social media and mainstream legacy media greatly amplifies the bad and leads people to believe we are in a perpetual state of darkness and turmoil.

Whilst I don’t think it’s a necessary addition, there are still SO many important things that will improve your health more than trembling over a tiny drop of vegetable oil in your almond milk.
