So enjoyed getting to briefly swing by a Carrick Athletic Association softball game this afternoon! 🥎 Grateful that kids in our community have access to sports programs like these.

And thank you especially to Dave Cippel from Klingensmith’s Drugstore for sharing his story and hosting us.

Our community pharmacies need us to have their backs, as shady Pharmacy Benefits Managers under reimburse them for prescriptions. Proud to join Rep. Abby Major in her district to advocate for HB1993, a bipartisan bill that will level the playing field and make the system fair.

Voted yes on HB2206. This bill makes sure gun dealers file their sales records electronically with the State Police instead of waiting weeks to send in paper copies, ensuring that our law enforcement has timely information to fight crime. Bill was 1 vote short of passing.

In session today, I voted yes on HB335. Bump stocks and multi-burst trigger activators turn legal guns into essentially machine guns. They’re not used by hunters or target shooters. They don’t belong on our streets. The bill was one vote short of passing.

It’s hard to believe that we are already celebrating 10 years of marriage equality for our LGBTQ+ community! There are still ways to improve for true equality, such as allowing those who are disabled to marry without losing their benefits. #TrueMarriageEqualityForAll
