There couldn't be a bigger indictment of the USDA than this: running a 'climate-friendly' beef program w/ millions of taxpayer dollars, already ridiculous, then, to protect 'trade secrets,' hiding all the info from the public about *how* Tyson claims it is reducing emissions 🫠

Last year, Tyson started selling 'climate-friendly beef' but refused to show its math. The USDA, which approved the claim, told people to submit a FOIA request to learn more. EWG did and... it's all redacted.
