MyShake still plans to send an alert at 10:19 for the Great #ShakeOut drill, so you can still use that to practice today!

As much as I love MyShake and Shake Alert, the 3:19am test alert was BRUTAL. The test should have happened at 10:19 PDT, but it seems someone programmed it for 10:19 UTC.
