My partner is the best. Besides taking me to the docs and helping me get my meds, he made (GF) Lemon Poppyseed muffins for us. These were like my fave when I used to have muffins.

I gotta try and get back to work tomorrow. I have no sick time left. Wish I could just say I feel better. The fever is gone and my vitals are closer to normal but every night I’m having such a heavy coughing fit that I end up choking and gasping until I throw up phlegm and blood.

Steeling myself for the shift tomorrow. So far the only thing that feels off is pain from the cough. Let me get rest tonight and I might be able to do this tomorrow 🙏 Thank you all for the well wishes, it means a lot. 💛 I hope to shut my trap about being sick soon!

Report from work; I’m doing ok! Still coughing like a dog barks but folks here understand it. Been a pretty hectic work day! Doing a lot of EKG’s and running folks out to ambulances or cars in wheel chairs which isn’t my baseline day, but it kinda feels good to be useful again.

Maybe if Nintendo put the resources it uses to file lawsuits like the one rn against palworld into gamefreak. Then recent pokemon games wouldv been actually enjoyable to play.
