The national polls are currently about tied, with a slight Trump lead that's within our uncertainty interval. Trump is tied or leads in all battleground states.

BREAKING: In a vote of 32-28 the Arizona House has voted to repeal the state's abortion ban statute. Three republicans, Matt Gress, Tim Dunn and AZ State Rep. Justin Wilmeth join with Democrats in voting yes.

Repeal bill now moves on the the AZ Senate.

And PA is a closed primary state. Meaning, no independents or Democrats can vote in GOP primary. Questions for November. How many of these Haley voters are: 1) 2020 Biden voters; 2) 2020 Trump voters willing to switch/stay home?

The office of the Michigan Secretary of State has confirmed to ABC News that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will appear on the ballot in Michigan--a key battleground state.

Other members of the Kennedy family are formally endorsing President Joe Biden today at an event in Philadelphia.
