I absolutely agree that it’s a failure of our healthcare system when patients feel the need to go outside of it.

People imagine this is a small town thing, but it’s just a good small business thing. My parents have a tab at their grocer in Manhattan. I’ve known my pharmacy staff since I was 7 years old. Corporate chains have killed local neighborhood shops all over this country.
