The Ramsey CO Medical Examiner has identified the victim of this incident as Marcus Darnell Miller, a 24-year-old male from St. Paul.

This case remains under investigation.

The Ramsey CO Medical Examiner has identified the victim of this incident as Antwan C Watson, a 16-year-old male from St. Paul.

At 10:20 am today, near 5th & Minnesota St, SPPD arrested a suspect in this incident, a 16-year-old male from St. Paul.

The media availability for today's homicide will be at 3:45 p.m. at the intersection of Frank Street and York Avenue.

UPDATE - FATAL CONSTRUCTION CRASH

SPPD and the Ramsey Co. Medical Examiner have identified the victim of this incident as Peter M Davis, a 61-year-old male from Stillwater.

FATAL INDUSTRIAL CRASH -

SPPD and SPFD are at a construction site near 7th and Wabasha where a worker died from injuries resulting from being struck by a work truck.

Homicide Update - Victim Identifications

The Ramsey County ME has identified the deceased victims of last night's homicide as:

Angelica M. Gonzales, a 33-year-old female. 
Cory U. Freeman, a 42-year-old male. 
Maisha M. Spaulding, 44-year-old female. 

All from St Paul.

Along with the AALC and Black Ministerial Alliance, Chief Jeremy Ellison will be at Forest Street and Case Avenue, at 1:30 p.m. to discuss last night's tragic triple homicide.

HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION:

Our officers are on the scene of a shooting on the 900 block of Case Avenue East where three people are deceased.

The Ramsey Co. ME has identified the deceased as; Kenneth T Wells, a 39-year-old male from White Bear Township, MN.

The case remains under investigation.
