The ADAPT (ask discuss ask plan together) framework works for a lot of things, including addressing vaccine hesitancy. In some ways it is more applicable to patient care than to learner feedback. #medtwitter thoughts? (It doesn't work for my parenting...I get no awards there.)

This podcast is blowing my mind this morning. It applies to me as a physician who rails against healthcare metrics, as a writer who feels alone in her room, an educator who gets high from that 1 spark, as a luddite who yet takes stock in social media analytics. 🙏🏾 ❤️ Jason Gallagher 🇺🇦

I keep thinking about this clever piece (that at times made this brown kid chuckle and cringe). I have had my moments on this bird app (esp when it came to a former colleague who is now an influential republican figurehead). But hyperbole on all sides is damaging.
