Every person who comes through the CHNV parole program is sponsored by a US resident who promised to care for them financially, vetted by the government, buys their own ticket here, enters legally, and resides here legally.

Plus, the program is part of a demonstrable success.

More than 1M US citizens have undocumented spouses + almost 5.5M US citizens have undocumented parents. Granting them parole is a good 1st step, but what we need is a path to citizenship or these families are still at risk of being victims of deportation.
