We are coming to you live (on a recording to be released later) for ⁦Febrile⁩ ep. Hosted by Sara Dong, the panel included Drs. Sumanth Cherukumilli, Emma Mohr, and Paul Spearman.

The imaging shows multiple enlarged, partially calcified lymph nodes with fibrosis that

⭐️⭐️ crosses fat planes ⭐️⭐️

and were causing pulmonary artery narrowing. This is consistent with FIBROSING MEDIASTINITIS likely from histoplasmosis in this case
