We are looking at a total trial time in Manhattan for Trump's criminal trial of 4-6 weeks and the court will recess for the passover holiday.

Judge Merchan has been dealing with preliminary issues so far, and is just now starting jury instruction. What the judge does with the pending objections Bragg has re: Trump continuing to violate his gag order will set the stage for how tight Merchan keeps this. Stay tuned.

Trump stopped this morning in front of Fox News cameras to make a political statement and to continue his false rhetoric that legal experts agree with him. It's worth noting that a new poll last week showed a majority of Americans (63%) are not falling for it.

If Donald Trump is running his own social media accounts, which is the scenario I believe most, then it appears that he is re-posting other tweets and videos while he is in the courtroom and while court is in session.

Trump issues a Truth Social post yesterday, claiming he has not had a sufficient amount of time to review the disclosure documents. This is interesting given how many appeals his counsel found time to file over the last year to delay this trial.
