Let's agree to disagree Douglas Beall Preston George Smith! While flouro is certainly faster and perhaps allows greater cementation, it lacks CTs sensitivity for assessing the neural foramen. My point is not anti-flouro guidance, but that there are arguments in support of both approaches.
