Glad to put this in print. 👏👏👏Majed Alzahrany Occasionally one may even see EEG seizures with no clinical signs in the disconnected hemisphere. In a child with no clinical seizures, these sub clinical seizures in the disconnected hemisphere are not of clinical significance.
