free will over obligation. i want love that chooses me every day. keep the love that deteriorates over time because of feeling obligated.

there will never be any freedom in a love that feels like obligation. love doesn’t take away your power to choose what you give your energy to.

i think if you feel alone, unheard and uncompromised for in a relationship, then that’s not a relationship you should be in.

I hope you let yourself write a new story.

Don’t just change your location, friends, or wardrobe.

Give yourself permission to actually be different, to show up differently - to be made whole.

i knew the bar was truly in hell when someone told me “i don’t lie to you like i do the rest, so that should be worth something.” people want bonus points for being a decent human being. that's sad.

When people throw misplaced anger in your direction, don’t catch it.

It does not belong to you.

And when you pray tonight..pray for placement. May you always be in the right place and the right time. No matter how hard you work, being in an environment that does not feed your elevation/evolution..will delay your process. Don’t be all over the place, know where you belong.

I don’t want to spend my whole life proving my worth to other people, because if that’s my focus, when do I get to live? When do I get to just exist, in the fullness of who I already am? Life is way too short to care more about approval than peace.

you cannot change their perceptions of you, the scopes they choose to see you from, the narratives they falsely create of you, but you can solidify the ideas you have of yourself, finding acceptance for who you are in spite of your flaws and quirks by embracing your uniqueness.

The best antidote to burnout and mental exhaustion is remembering that the sun will rise again. Every sleep is a mini death, every morning, a mini resurrection, every day, a new mercy. You can always start again tomorrow—it’s your memories of yesterday that tend to hold you back

we are emotional beings. emotions are meant to be explored not denied. many are sabotaging connections. many are missing out on opportunities to experience people on a deeper level. when the tide rises, don’t run, let it wash over your soul. surrender to every emotion.

I realized that my overthinking stemmed from wanting to be liked and seen. Making sure I did the right thing, say the right stuff, look good to those around me, doubting every decision I made.

Once I quieted my mind, I amplified my self validation & trust.

Learning how to not overextend myself.

do things straight from the heart. don’t be reactive and try to prove to someone that you can match their energy. do things, because it feels good energetically. always move with integrity, show up in your authentic expression, and don’t overextend yourself.

May the dream you’re carrying come alive.

May it soar and sing.

May the delays and detours not cause you to quit.

May you breathe, stretch, and birth the beautiful vision.

May it exceed your imagination.

Give yourself permission to live a big life. Don't push down the version of you that yearns for something new or different. Stop playing small. You're meant for greater things. Step into who you are meant to be. Aim for the stars, dream big, and never stop believing.

This has truly been a year of God revealing things, and I’m so thankful that he’s never taken his hand off me.
