The bikes are back! Now its stopped raining we were out on rural cycle patrol in Essex Police in Chelmsford District this morning.

9 miles along the river Chelmer, engaging with dog walkers and boat owners. We visited a farm for a catch up with the owner and gamekeeper.

Bikes get places cars can't.
