As I brace myself for my own experiences with the NHS later this afternoon, I couldn't help but mull over the implications of your latest proposal regarding mental health and fit notes. This latest

There's no such thing as a 'sick note culture' - but there is a broken NHS, a meteoric rise in food banks, falling life expectancy, rising infant mortality, kids too hungry to learn, endemic poverty.
