Running has helped immensely since my diagnosis & I’m lucky to now be part of a local running group for those affected by cancer as they “get it” when someone talks about it.

Late night musings - how do you cope when there’s so much to do but there’s only one of you not three of you and the cancer drugs you’re on for life mean there’s really only half of you?

People in the UK are experiencing huge gaps and differences in their cancer care, simply because of who they are or where they live.

This has to change.
