Indigenous Karen people in Thailand held an event on #WorldHeritageDay to remember Billy who disappeared 10 yrs ago, last seen alive in the custody of National Park authorities. His remains were found 5 years later in a burned oil barrel inside Kaeng Krachan Forest Complex.
