As a barrister, I am facing disciplinary proceedings by Bar Standards Board for expressing frustrations at the “echoes of a boys’ club attitude” in a family court judgment by a judge & member of the Garrick. The disciplinary judge recused himself, as he was a member of the Garrick too.
'He needs to publicly apologise and say this was a massive misjudgment'.
