The cheapest bread from UK supermarket is low in sugar and has medium salt content - but for bread, it's already quite low in salt content.

Artisan bread often had much more salt.

Good nutrition advice is based on good evidence. Too many are making statements without the correct information and scaremongering. Thank goodness we still have nutritionists who speak out and provide backup information.
