The massive rain bomb in - 6”- almost 2 years of rain in a day, was due to a very blocked pattern and slow moving southern jet stream with embedded disturbances. That’s the primary cause. Could cloud β€œseeding” have enhanced it? Maybe, but something else was going on… 1/
