Glass half full: After 3 awful days in hosp environment, I got home at 5pm, exhausted. Went to bed at 9.30pm & slept through to 8.30am. I haven't slept 11 hours straight since I was a teen. Today I'm going to the library & that's all I'm doing 😌

Cos NHS England I didn't tell anybody when I was in hospital - I was afraid of being treated unfavourably as there's so much misunderstanding & prejudice. I'd rather be seen as 'a bit eccentric' but I literally don't sleep even a minute unless heavily drugged with tramadol.
