Check out this super cool study—some “living fossils” have genetic blueprints that change more slowly than other organisms, which means they truly are living “fossils” (a term some paleontologists have disliked, because it implies a lack of evolution). Wow!

Disappointing to still see these kinds of images posted by large orgs considering the recent studies highlighting their negative impacts on audience’s attitudes and behaviours towards wildlife. Worse yet, they’re deleting any comments that raise these concerns. 1)

Sadly, to this day, when you submit a #qualitative manuscript to a journal for publication, your main worry is whether your paper would be reviewed by reviewers who understand qualitative research or not.
