postdoc can be lonely/exhausting/demoralizing - STRONGLY encourage finding fellow postdocs to ally with/lean on, locally/virtually. i mean it.

I am tired of seeing dismissive comments year after year from NSF GRFP reviewers. They may not put much thought into the language they use in their reviews but this can be scarring. NSF must do better to ensure that the process is fair and consistent across all candidates.
