Blood flow restriction has been suggested to accelerate . Oliva-Lozano et al.,(2024) suggest - 1. Supine with bilateral cuffs on the proximal portion of the thigh; 2. 3 x 5-min occlusion & 5-min reperfusion; 3. 50mmHg above the systolic BP.
