This really is an excellent summary of the dangers the NHS is facing and why doctors are having to fight in the interests of patient safety.

For #FossilFriday an iguanodontian cervical vertebra with a ‘notochordal’ pit at the centre of the anterior articular surface. Very frequent in #IsleofWight and Bernissart specimens but not commonly reported elsewhere in iguanodontians.

The situation with Physician Associates is unnerving and opaque I've covered this a number of times on LBC and it seems to be getting worse

This needs looking into urgently Wes Streeting MP Half of GP trainees about to qualify are still looking for work yet we have a desperate shortage of GP’s and one in 20 patients has to wait at least four weeks to see a GP! pulsetoday.co.uk/news/workforce…

We first opened our doors in 1860, but the Museum is more than meets the eye. In addition to the specimens that are on display in the main court, the Museum is actually in care of more than 7,000,000 specimens total.

Celia Richardson It's vital to keep the Tufton Street wolves at bay again when voting in this year's AGM. Log on the NT website, go to voting, use the 'quick vote' option and you'll select the Trust's preferred candidates and not any of RT's charlatans... secure.cesvotes.com/V3-2-0/nt24/en…

A little taster of what it was like to unearth the exceptional skeleton of the 'Rutland Sea Dragon', a 10 metre long ichthyosaur. I recorded this video three years ago this week!  Much more exciting research in the pipeline. Happy #FossilFriday

My kid carries a book or three everywhere she goes. I love these pictures of her reading in all sorts of crazy spots across Peru and Ecuador, especially in Galápagos surrounded by loads of amazing animals. #readoutside #reading #bookworm

An important update from Anaesthetists United on the PA & AA scandal which raises the important question - where is the GMC getting the money to defend it’s outrageous position - hopefully not doctors fees or taxpayers money from the Government. This is a question that needs answering

We were very honoured to get to see the original fighting dinosaurs fossil at the Mongolian Institute of Palaeontology today. A fitting end to a great trip.
