Well, after this spring’s propagation success, I’ve got 22 figs planted in the yard. And have another 5-10 trees to plant in neighbors’ yards. Hopefully lots of fig jam coming in 5-7 years!

NEW preprints: I had fun studying worm-eating #fungi 🪱🍄 with new collaborators in these latest preprints 📰.

Among other insights, we find that worm-eating fungi horizontally acquired a bacterial #gene that helps with attracting their #prey 🤯🤯
