Most people don’t understand happiness. They believe it happens to you. You either have it or you don’t.

Not true.

Happiness is a choice.
Optimism is a choice.
Smiling is a choice.

Whether you’re happy, sad or angry, those are choices you’ve made.

A great way to train yourself to drink more water is to fill up a gallon jug in the morning. You must finish it before you go to bed. Easy.

If you are a real human being using Twitter legitimately every day, there's NOTHING about Elon's takeover that should worry you.

If you're a censorship goon, bot or otherwise a terrible person, then yes, you might wanna take your crap to TikTok.

If your group of friends say 'That must be nice' instead of 'Fuck yeah! You go king!' after your accomplishments, it's time to find a new group of friends.

The government doesn't control your retirement age.

'Work until you're 65' is government-manufactured bullshit to keep you working and dependent on the system.

Take control of your life.
