Absolutely chilling story out of UNC this morning, where uni admin is recording faculty in the classroom without their consent or even notice.

I had two goals as an editor: 1) encourage the submission of qualitative research and 2) give sexuality focused manuscripts a fair read & appropriate reviewers, something that research (not to mention personal experience) tells us does not always happen at generalist journals.
