Yesterday’s wedding of a former organ scholar in Magdalen College Chapel Oxford witnessed the rare sighting of three Informators, responsible, between them, for more than thirty years of music-making at Magdalen College!

Magdalen College quad after a remarkable Advent Carol Service. Congratulations, Magdalen College Choir, on such superb singing of challenging repertoire. How do such young boys sing so well, Magdalen College School, Oxford ?

What an amazing sound! Around 80 former clerks, choristers and members of the Consort of Voices joined the College Choir for Evensong today to blow away the Covid cobwebs and celebrate the joy of singing together once more (negative Lateral Flow tests required, of course).

We were delighted to welcome children to the Chapel yesterday for our Be a Chorister For a Day event. They all sang wonderfully in Evensong with the choristers, and we had a lot of fun dressing up and having a go at conducting too! Happy #InternationalChoristerDay !
