MAP 55
Severe global LV dysfunction. LV not dilated. RV ok
VTI 16 (‘normal’ 18-22)
Lungs clear

DC cardioverted. Remained hypotensive
Admitted ICU
Dobutamine started & titrated up to moderate/high dose as remained hypotensive (cardiology advice)
Awake/alert but not PU
