We fully support Urban Transport Group's demands to the Prime Minister on bus legislation:
▪️ Give ALL local authorities the automatic right to bring buses into public control
▪️ Repeal the ban on municipally owned bus companies
▪️ Long-term, devolved funding settlement for buses
🎉Labour candidate for Easington Grahame Morris has taken the #NHSPledge
If re-elected, he will support proper NHS funding, the reinstatement of the Health Secretary's duty to provide healthcare and oppose NHS outsourcing.

Chatting with photographer Keith Pattison today. Keith produced such important work in #Easington during the 84/85 #MinersStrike . He captured the soul & determination of a colliery village under siege.

Today on #WorkersMemorialDay , we remember the many transport workers who have lost their lives in the workplace and the millions more who have suffered life-changing injuries and ill health.
In their memory we commit to fighting for safer working conditions for all.
This is my disabled nephew that couldn’t have a day out on a train today because Northern 🚆 wouldn’t let his larger buggy on due to volume of traffic. Disability discrimination at its finest. Hope you’re very proud of yourself!! Grahame Morris I hope you’re taking notes!
Okay I admit it….. I am virtual a welder👨🏭🤷♂️ 🙌
